"She worked really hard for us. Found the perfect property, all with in apprx. 2 weeks. Great job, spend many hours emailing, faxing, and suggesting varies, services. We live out of state, and only saw pictures of the property untill walk through the day before settlement. Was better than expected. She picked me up, took me to settlement, took me city hall, and the county building to apply for varies permits and utility hook ups. Margarita explained everything we needed to know about getting up and running in the Port St Lucie area. She even found that the lot next door was onwed by the seller and ask if was for sale and informed us it was could be bought and negotiated a selling price. This put the icing on the cake.
